Mrs. Kathryn L. Zuber, 100, of Spring Township, passed away at 6:00 PM, Saturday, while in the company of family members in her daughter’s residence.

Kathryn was born in Reading, on February 5, 1909, the daughter of the late Charles E. and Lillian (Brown) Long.

She was the widow of William H. Zuber. He died on July 3, 1969.

She worked for Boscov’s , family owned Long’s Resturant and Nolde and Horst knitting mill.

Kathryn is survived by

a daughter, Dorean K. wife of Jim Witham of West Lawn.
two sons Dennis W. Zuber of Wernersville, Dean D. Zuber of West Lawn.

She is also survived by 8 Grandchildren and 11 Great Grandchildren

Pre-deceased by two brothers C. Franklin and John Long.

Services from at Sanders Funeral Home and Cremation Services Inc., 1501 North 11th Street Reading, Wednesday at 10:00 A.M.

Friends are invited to call at the Wednesday from 9:00 - 10:00 A.M. at the funeral home.

Interment at Alsace Cemetery, Muhlenberg Township.
