Margaret L. Sowers, 74, of Reading, passed away Sunday, February 19th, at St. Joseph Medical Center.

Margaret was born in Reading, on February 16, 1938, a daughter of the late Carrie V. (Brown) and Robert W. Sowers.

She worked as a machine operator at Keystone Containers for a number of years.

Margaret loved her family, cats and bears.

Margaret is survived by
three sisters, Carolyn F. Mervine, of Reading; Barbara E. Fetter, of Oley; Karen L. George, of Exeter;
three brothers, Robert A. Sowers, of Reading; Kenneth Sowers, of Jacksonville, FL; Ronald W. Sowers, of Reading.

She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Margaret was predeceased by 5 sisters Virginia Sowers, Madelyn Stanley, Patricia Dinino, Nancy Sowers and Marie Carithers.

Services are private at the convenience of family the Sanders Funeral Home and Cremation Services Inc., 1501 North 11th Street, Reading, is in charge of arrangements.
